We went to the auto club today to get some help filling out paper work needed to sell our vehicle. You see after the loan was payed off, instead of kia just clearing out the lien holding information, they switched us to be the lien holders against ourselves!
This of course would be a problem for the future owners of the car. To remove ourselves, it required some paperwork be filled out, and a notary to sign. I enjoy going to AAA, its easier then going to the DMV. However, the workers at AAA are always so sullen, almost depressed. They are certainly not "eager" to help (though to do give good help!). Sometimes you have to take the lead, as they certainly will not flash a smile and walk you through the process. They will walk *with* you through the process.
