Image $79,900 is a good price, or at least the best price that is currently available on the Victorville MLS site.

The home is a prefab located in barstow and does have association fees for the park it is in. However the fees are listed at only $60 dollars a month. Is that a mistake? I don't know, but it seems like a good deal to me.

Hopefully home prices will continue to fall, then I will be able to jump on a few properties.
