I just updated to the most recent version of flash media encoder 2.0.1

This should fix the problem that has been keeping the police scanner offline at times. Often the scanner audio would just seem to hang up, without any error messages or failures.

More testing still needs to be done, but I hope many of the problems have already been solved.
